Arte Motu on air!

Rosanna Petralia, founder of Arte Motu, and Meredith Reynolds, other Arte Motu artist as well as Advisory Committee Member of the South Coast Artist Alliance, will be on air on Sunday June 27th, 4pm at KPDO radio 89.3FM.

The show is called the South Coast Salon and is hosted by freelance local writer Shannon Bowman-Sarkisian. According to the KPDO website, "South Coast Salon is a community forum talk show focusing on local-area issues. Guests and callers will discuss history, current events, wildlife ecosystems, tourism, and a variety of other topics."

We will discuss about how Arte Motu was founded, where the idea for Capradero came from, what the group means to us as artists and to the members of the community, and what are our plans for the future. We will also talk about the 20th SCAA annual Artshow that will take place in August in Pescadero.

Please, let us know if you have any questions for us to answer by responding to this thread.

Tune in on Sunday 4PM, 89.3FM or listen online. Go to KPDO.org for listening options, supporting and underwriting.

Capradero mentioned in the SFWeekly article about KPDO community radio.

Sometime during Capradero, one or more people from the SF weekly paper sneaked in and sketched few impressions of the exhibit. They must have talked to Glenn at some point without announcing themselves or asking his name since Ashley Harrell, the writer, calls him a "Neil Young doppleganger in a shabby baseball hat". Quite delirious!
Check the article out. It is also a great story about the radio and Daniel Roberts.
